How Our Tier & Payment System Works

Choose Your Shopping Tier
Each tier includes:
- A fixed service fee
- A maximum item spend allowance
For example:
Tier One – £65 total
- £50 item allowance
- £15 service fee
*The tier you select sets the maximum we can spend on your behalf.
2. Payment Authorisation at Checkout
When you place your order:
- We place a temporary authorisation for the full tier amount.
- This confirms sufficient funds are available.

The amount will appear as a pending transaction in your bank.*This is not a final charge.
3. After We Complete Your Shop
Once your items have been sourced:
- We capture only:
- The fixed service fee
- The exact cost of items purchased
*If your items total less than your allowance, the remaining amount is automatically released by your bank.
Example:

Tier total authorised: £65
- Items purchased: £47
- Service fee: £15
- Final amount captured: £62
- £3 is automatically released.

No refunds required. No hidden fees.
4. Allowance
- Your selected tier sets a strict spending cap.
- You stay in control.
